Sweetest you. I’ve been in Mississippi, tending to my house, which is a very upsetting story. I’ll post some pictures later on, but the repairs alone are going to cost me over $35K that I don’t readily have. MS had a severe freeze 3 or so months back and all my pipes burst, so the repiping and plumbing alone is costing me $12.5K which I’m having done this week and of course the roof leaks in at least 4 places and I don’t know yet the cost for that! Then there’s the rotten wood. Interior and exterior, and I’ll need to rewire the entire house. All this and that PITA woman buyer insisting I have to sell it to her, threatening to take me to court.
Don’t give in to the PITA lady.
