The CCTV cameras in NYC will identify the person with the phone as not you.

The License Plate cameras (if you drive or rent a car there) will link you to Montana. The Facial Recognition Cameras (and many other systems) at the airport will link you to Montana if you fly. Similar for bus/train.

Bottom line - game over. That’s why the push for ‘Criminal Justice Reform’. It’s just too easy now to pin crimes on minorities with tons and tons of electronic evidence. Defense attorneys can no longer create a reasonable doubt when the thug is guilty. Hence, who cares if he’s guilty, let’s give him a pass anyway.
