Facebook is working with special counsel Robert Mueller’s probe into Trump campaign interactions with Russian operatives during the 2016 election, company founder Mark Zuckerberg told Congress on Tuesday.

Mr. Zuckerberg first said his company had gotten a subpoena from Mr. Mueller, then paused and said he wasn’t sure if there was a subpoena but his company is sharing information the investigation.

He declined to go into more details.

“Our work with the special counsel is confidential,” he said, testifying to the Senate Judiciary and Commerce committees.

“Our work with the special counsel is confidential,” he said, testifying to the Senate Judiciary and Commerce committees.

NO IT IS NOT!!!

Congress has ALL the power in washington, the executive and judicial branch operate according to the whims of CONGRESS!

“U.S. CODE
TITLE 2—THE CONGRESS
CHAPTER 6—CONGRESSIONAL AND COMMITTEE PROCEDURE; INVESTIGATIONS
Sec. 193. Privilege of witnesses
No witness is privileged to refuse to testify to any fact, or to produce any paper, respecting which he shall be examined by either House of Congress, or by any joint committee established by a joint or concurrent resolution of the two Houses of Congress, or by any committee of either House, upon the ground that his testimony to such fact or his production of such paper may tend to disgrace him or otherwise render him infamous.”

Simply look up Hinds Precedents, especially chapters 53 and 51, and Cannon’s Precedents, especially chapters 184-185. You’ll find numerous detailed cases of Congress asserting its power, arresting people, holding them until they agreed to answer questions, and then releasing them. Some of these people did not refuse to appear, but simply failed to satisfactorily answer questions. One has to wonder how a previous Congress might have responded to Alberto Gonzales’s endless recitations of “I do not recall.”

Congress can Remove the President
Congress can remove the head of every executive agency Congress can remove ALL of their employees
Congress can Abolish every agency they so choose
Congress can remove EVERY JUDGE IN AMERICA, including every supreme court justice.
Congress can abolish every federal court except the supreme Court
Congress can decide which cases the Judicial Branch can hear and decide
CONGRESS can Imprison ANYONE they want for any reason they so desire for as long as they wish.
Congress can declare WAR

No other governing body has even 10% of the power CONGRESS has!!

CONGRESS IS ALLOWING ALL OF IT!!!

Congress has the authority to arrest and imprison those found in Contempt. The power extends throughout the United States and is an inherent power (does not depend upon legislated act)

If found in Contempt the person can be arrested under a warrant of the Speaker of the House of Representatives or President of the Senate, by the respective Sergeant at Arms.

Statutory criminal contempt is an alternative to inherent contempt.

Under the inherent contempt power Congress may imprison a person for a specific period of time or an indefinite period of time, except a person imprisoned by the House of Representatives may not be imprisoned beyond adjournment of a session of Congress.

Imprisonment may be coercive or punitive.

In 1857, a New York Times reporter refused to say which members of Congress had asked him to get them bribes (protecting his “sources” just as various Judith Millers today protect the people who feed them proven lies that costs thousands of lives), so Congress locked him up until he answered and then banned him from Congress.

In 1924 an oil executive appeared but refused to answer certain questions, so the Senate held — literally held — him in contempt. Senator Thomas Walsh of Montana argued that this question of contempt was of the gravest importance, and that it involved “the very life of the effective existence of the House of Representatives of the United States and of the Senate of the United States.” The matter was taken to court, and the witness fined and imprisoned.

Q said we the people have more power than we realize.

Governments could regulate Facebook & Twitter, but what would happen if 10 million users sued for violation of the 4th amendment?

What would a $500 billion settlement do to their bottom line?

We have the power to banrupt them.

IIRC you need a 2nd Administrator FB account for the business page. You should be able to create a new FB page with a different email, and only filling out the required info make that account a admin for the business page, remove you old account from the business page, then delete the old account.

I would do more more research to make sure you don’t accidental delete or lock yourself out of the business page though.

I am not a facebook fan but I had to make an account for work so that I could use “market place” to help sell goods out of the store.

I had to create an account “fake” just so I could manage the store’s page. To answer your question if you delete your account I don’t think you can manage the Lions Club page.

“All Trump supporters should cancel their FB page. I’ll be doing it tonight.”

If you are not a leftist, you be assured that FB will be turning all information that you may have posted publicly or privately to anyone else, or that you may have received from anyone else over to the “proper authorities”.

So in actuality, it is very likely that anyone with views about Constitutional rights, fiscal conservatism, religion, pro-Trump, anti-Tax, against big government, pro 2nd Amendment, etc. etc. is now on a list that is in the hands of bad people that work for our government and will be used against you at some point. You think the IRS would NOT use a database like this to select people for scrutiny or even audit?

You can further bet that anyone who has expressed pro-Trump views in any way has their information now in the possession of Mueller, or easily indexed and accessible to Mueller.

Like the quote sometimes attributed to Lenin: “Capitalists will sell us the rope with which we will hang them”, FB can say “Conservatives will freely provide us the information with which we will destroy them”

FB can only be safely used by Democrats, socialists, and leftists.

Mark Zuckerberg was born in 1984 in White Plains, New York. He is the son of Karen (née Kempner), a psychiatrist, and Edward Zuckerberg, a dentist. His ancestors came from Germany, Austria and Poland. He and his three sisters, Randi, Donna, and Arielle, were brought up in Dobbs Ferry, New York, a small Westchester County village about 21 miles north of Midtown Manhattan. Zuckerberg was raised Jewish and had a Bar Mitzvah when he turned 13.

At Ardsley High School, Zuckerberg excelled in classes. He transferred to the exclusive private school Phillips Exeter Academy, in New Hampshire, in his junior year, where he won prizes in science (math, astronomy, and physics) and classical studies. In his youth, he also attended the Johns Hopkins Center for Talented Youth summer camp. On his college application, Zuckerberg stated that he could read and write French, Hebrew, Latin, and ancient Greek. He was captain of the fencing team.—Wikipedia
