Shortened title.

Full title: TOM FITTON: FBI Notifies Judicial Watch It Needs At Least THREE YEARS To Turn Over Strzok-Page Communications

On Monday, the FBI notified Judicial Watch that the bureau will need at least three years to hand over “releasable,” communications between anti-Trump FBI agents Peter Strzok and Lisa Page.

Fitton says, “In response to FBI “missing” texts scandal, AG Sessions should direct U.S. Marshals to take steps to seize, secure and preserve necessary computer evidence at FBI. And if AG doesn’t act, @RealDonaldTrump should order it be done,” Fitton tweeted two days before filing the FOIA against the Justice Department.

Three years? Are they hoping that Trump will be out of office by then? Better not count on it.

That’s nothing! I have an agency here in my state that is proposing to take more than 11 years to respond to a FOIA request. Who do we peons think we are, anyway?

I shall use this tactic with the government.

It will take at least three years before I can go ahead and file my taxes. Maybe another three years to pay them. Sound good to you?

Didn’t BJ’s wife take a couple weeks to “review” her 30,000 “yoga” emails and delete them?

If this was info that the FBI wanted from you or me.....do you suppose they’d be okay with it, if we said we’ll work on getting it to them in the next 3 years or so?

This infuriates me. Someone (Wray, Sessions, POTUS???) needs to act quickly and aggressively, to stop the stonewalling, and to discourage it, as other investigations come up.

This is why Judicial Watch opens up so many FOIA lawsuits. Let the FBI tell a federal judge it needs three years to comply.

The DOJ and FBI don’t want us peons to see their corruption and treason.

Stuff that could start a revolution.

So, Trump or Sessions gathers a squad of US Marshals. The marshals meander over to the FBI bldg and seize all files and computers that might be related. Then, the marshals “slow-walk” the evidence back to one huge conference room, and Pizza Hut opens a new store around the corner. Problem solved!

But any if any of us peasants “need” that long, you will get to meet the business end of an FBI raid.

BS. I’ve been patient with our AG, but if Jeff Sessions doesn’t kick the FBI’s ass, I give up on him.

The FBI has gone completely rogue. Couple this with the fact that they raided a sitting president’s former lawyer and you have an agency that is acting completely on its own.

This morning I just mailed this year’s tax return (due to complications, we can’t e-file).

How about if I tell the gubmint I need THIRTY YEARS (because we are only a two man/woman operation and don’t have the full FBI resources) to file any document?
