This is a very complicated process. Iran can’t start everything in a day or two.

I suspect 20% U235 wouldn’t be practical for a bomb, but running the 20% product through again would probably result in bomb-grade uranium.
Iran probably can build a bomb, but delivering it to a target would be a problem.
And if they did, the culprit could only be Iran or NK.
Retaliation would certainly be unpleasant for Iran.
