Spare me the Trump worship. He was born with the proverbial silver spoon, and lucked his way into his fortune. His big achievement was buying into Manhattan real estate at the right time - when the market was at its nadir, thanks to the moronic efforts of Democratic and Republican mayors from the 60’s onwards. Outside of Manhattan real estate, he has failed at many of his major projects, including Trump University and the Atlantic City casinos. He did well with the Apprentice, but then again, the Kardashians made more money with their show than Trump ever will with the Apprentice. Will you now take political advice from the Kardashians? Pluck those stars out of your eyes - they’re obscuring your vision.
There are plenty of conservative heroes you can learn from - Calvin Coolidge, George Washington, Andrew Jackson and Ronald Reagan. Just don’t number Trump with any of these people, although he’s preferable to any of the Democratic alternatives.
FYI, I’ve been following Trump’s career since the 80’s. How long have you known of the Donald, let alone kept track of his antics?
