Israel has reached an agreement with the United Nations that will see nearly half of the African asylum seekers it planned to deport go to Western countries.
The UN High Commission for Refugees has committed to finding places in Western nations for at least 16,250 of the African migrants from Eritrea and Sudan. In return, Israel will legalize the status of the remaining asylum seekers, the Prime Minister’s Office said in a statement.
At a press conference this morning, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said that Canada, Germany and Italy would be the countries where the migrants would be settled.
As many as 39,000 illegal immigrants from Africa are living in Israel, about 5,000 of them children.

The new formula reportedly will take up to five years to implement, and will include a plan to improve the living conditions in southern Israel, as well as redistribute the African population throughout Israel.

Thankfully. I just knew that stupid Canada would be one of the countries bringing in more dependents for the taxpayer.

The question is rhetorical.
Thank God for that. Any country which accepts African "migrants", has just signed up for decades centuries of social ills, crime, violence, and dysfunction. The only thing these countries gain is a ready made legion of low IQ consumers of trinkets, sport shoes, and bling, all financed by the State.

I thought the new government in Italy was going to deport the Africans who were already present in that country, not bring in more.
