Actually this plays into a pro 2nd amendment scenario. If POTUS federalizes the Guard to carry out the border protection then it puts lie to the Prog claim that the Guard is the Militia referenced in the 2nd amendment. How could it be if it is controlled by the POTUS?
Been there done that, Kate. The President simply federalizes them and sends them on their way except in Oregon’s case the border threat is your border with California which is not a long way to go tp protect your border. Step aside, Kate, the adults have work to do.
I guess the biotch does not understand she does not have full control of the NG stationed in her State. The Feds took that over years ago and “asking” the State is just playing nice.
