TUCSON, Ariz. - Brian A. Terry Station Border Patrol agents arrested, 25-year-old Jose Hernandez-Martinez, a previously deported Mexican national late Tuesday afternoon after he re-entered the U.S. illegally east of Naco.
Agents learned during records checks that the subject was convicted in Windom, Minnesota, for criminal sexual conduct in 2011 and sentenced to one year of confinement.
Hernandez will remain in federal custody to face charges for re-entering the U.S. as an aggravated felon.

If he lived in Cali he would still qualify for a drivers license and would be eligible to vote and run for Mayor...and win.
How about making the illegals build it under supervision for free? It would save us money and force them to pay back some of which they’ve stolen from us.
Unfortunately, though castration is a step in the right direction, habitual sex offenders are only cured when they assume room temperature!
