MADISON, Wisconsin, April 4, 2018 (LifeSiteNews) – The Federal Elections Commission fined Planned Parenthood Advocates of Wisconsin for failing to report $116,898 in contributions to Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton and Democratic Senate candidate Russ Feingold.
According to FEC documents, the abortion affiliate’s political arm reported $133,305.04 in expenditures on its October 2016 quarterly report, but that sum included two payments of $58,449.04 apiece, dated August 31, 2016, but not submitted in any previous reports. One was a donation to Clinton, who lost to President Donald Trump, and the other a donation to Feingold, a former Wisconsin senator who unsuccessfully attempted to retake his old seat from Republican Ron Johnson in 2016.
According to the FEC’s settlement statement, Planned Parenthood has agreed to pay a fine of $5,850 by Friday, April 6, closing the matter.
Fox News noted that the national Planned Parenthood Action Fund spent more than $30 million in support of Democratic candidates in 2016. This year, it has vowed to spend $20 million — the largest amount it has ever spent on midterm elections — to elect pro-abortion candidates in Arizona, Florida, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.

Why do they need taxpayer money indeed.
The public is curiously silent on the $500 million allocated to PP in the latest omnibus bill.
By now everyone knows the vast majority of the 2300 pages of the bill were unread at time of signing.
I’ve seen little or no outrage. Maybe everyone’s given up.
In New Jersey we call this “pay to play”
It doesn’t seem quite fair does it?
Government is not our friend. Government steals from us, imprisons us, and when thru with us (after many profitable years, for THEM) they then attempt to kill us by doing absolutely nothing but helping themselves.
Until the Board of Directors and Senior Operating Officers do serious jail time nothing will happen.
The most recent annual report from abortion-giant Planned Parenthood revealed that in 2015, the organization collected over $554 million in “Government Health Services Reimbursements & Grants.” This is money that federal, state, and local taxpayers provided to the largest abortion provider in the United States, and organization that during that timeframe, aborted more than 328,000 babies.
And then they turned about 10% of that money into politicking....

Precisely. I’m not sure the headline writer actually read the article. And not only is a $5k fine no deterrent, but groups taking federal $$$ should not even be allowed to donate.
A good equivalent would be;
Gov’t gives millions to NRA to help “Keep the Constituional right to keep and bear arms.”
Because it’s a right... um like abortion.
Then the NRA gave thousands to candidates that were happy to give MORE money to the NRA.
Do you suppose any news orgs would sleep on that story?
Fined? This is incredibly stupid since the taxpayers just gave them $500,000,000 to murder more children.
I would think the answer should be NO, but I'm guessing it's happening anyway, by this story.
