What part of the border
Your autistic raging is becoming tiresome.
Let em squeal
“That is when the reply will be “If there was a wall, there would not have been the possibility of that incident occurring so easily. The N.G. would have never been there.”
The reply should be:
“If the freebies were strictly forbidden to the illegals, medical care refused except to save a life, employers punished severely (without exception) for hiring illegals, and ALL cash to sanctuary states/cities withheld, there would not have been the possibility of that incident occurring so easily.
The N.G. would have never been there.”
How about that?
I was there, working at the border for 16 years. I was there many times when the National Guard was there, a few times when the media did not even report that they were there. Many individual Guard members may not feel like they had a real function, but every single support task they did that was normally done by a BP Agent meant another agent could be in the field doing their job securing the border and enforcing our immigration laws. It does make a huge difference. Those National guard that were more closely working with BP on the border, in the field knew they were making a difference with observation, communications, ETC. For those assigned more mundane daily tasks they may not realize how much difference they actually made in the effort to secure the border. I was there, at work on the border nearly every single day and could tell the differences between having the Guard and not having them.
Support functions may not be glamorous but they are needed in any organization. Those in support functions do not always understand they are at the very least freeing up more bodies.
Illegal immigration and immigration of enemies are invasions.
====================================
That right. And just because they don't wear another countries uniform and march as an actual army...the term invasion still applies:
invasion noun
1. an act or instance of invading or entering as an enemy, especially by an army.
2. the entrance or advent of anything troublesome or harmful, as disease.
3. entrance as if to take possession or overrun:
4. infringement by intrusion.
It's a great stop-gap until the border wall is completed and additional border patrol are hired as long as the NG have authority to detain until the invaders can be sent back.
Exactly. I knew that from the start. The Guard are going there to make coffee for the Border Patrol, and clean and scrub their offices. No guns. No bullets. No muscle. It's a brazen phony photo op.
We've been played for years. This is a page out of the same old playbook.
And Eisenhower also sent the 101st Airborne Division to "support" the Arkansas National Guard. Now, Trump can send the 1st Marine Division from Camp Pendleton to "support" the California National Guard.
Lighten up...I was kidding!
The Marine Corps is not part of the posse comitatus act. If Brown refuses to cooperate with the California National Guard, then Trump should just send the Marines at Camp Pendleton to the border. He can also deploy members of the Coast Guard.
The approximately 5 solid feet on top makes it a wall for those trying to climb it. And as for the rest of it being a fence... Prison bars are NOT fences and that wall's/barrier's vertical uprights make prison bars look like cocktail stirrers.
Which gets me to an image this 1st reminded me of:
Yep, you got tons of experience on the southern border.
More surveillance will enable faster
response time for BP officers. The
mere presence of military on the
border will deter most from crossing.
And itknowing there’s a much greater chance
of being spotted. The military will
be armed, but only as a defensive
measure. Added air surveillance
will be the biggest plug.
PLUS my PLUG
Dang it...
Not originally, but they are now by regulation. Title 10 forces.
“... try to provoke an incident...”
Good. Let them.
Shoot the obvious hardcore organizers, and the rest will run back into Mexico.
They let them in, it’s Mexico’s problem.
The military will be armed, but only as a defensive measure
—
A) Are you sure?
B) Side arms only?
C) Full military arms: rifles, heavy weapons, armor, etc?
Love that our Pres has a pair!
