So he did actually accomplish something worthwhile in his life...
;-)
At least Stevens is honest.
Feinswine and Schemer wants to ban guns, too, but won’t say it out loud.
If the Democrats were actually opposed by a party that wanted to beat them, this would be a big problem.
Call for boycott against Kass by Camera Hogg in 5..4..3..
You are correct. He is an honest dim-wit.
The Republicans haven’t been quite as good as loosing as the Washington Generals, but they try hard, and in the end may out underperform the Generals before the Republic is done.
I curse the day Gerald Ford introduced this ass hat to the court.
He still has to answer for Roe v. Wade.
...Will we ever see Democrats touch a gun again in a photo op...
They tried again in a picture of our feckless President Zer0 “shooting” a shotgun at Camp David. After obvious errors pointed out in the supposed press Op photo, it subsequently disappeared.
My bad, he did not vote on Roe v. Wade. I am confusing him with Potter Stewart.
And remember Biden telling people to fire a couple of rounds off their balcony with their double Barrel (of course) to run off criminals. An act that will get you arrested in every city and.many other places.
Dems can’t even pull off a pro gun scam and get away with it.
Why is it that Democrats are so good at finding progressive POS to be judges but Republicans so bad at avoiding them?
Democrats....Nutcases, America Haters, Religion Haters, Baby Killers, Traitors & Turncoats...all of them. And...one of their bright shinning stars...the protege of Congresswoman, Debbi Wasserman Schultz, the real promoter & abettor of the slaughter murder of Seventeen South Florida innocents, Broward County, Florida, Incompetent, Inaction, Low Life, Sheriff, Scott Israel.
By the way, glorious Republican Governor Rick Scott, “When do you think you will finally get around to firing Scott Israel, along with his police cowards and all the Democrat Party Public Service Employees of Broward County that knew what was coming and did nothing to stop or prevent it. Sad... Governor, Scott. I used to think and believe you were a decent sort...no more...you are just as guilty as the Democrats of Broward County that let this murder, slaughter, massacre go forward.
Too bad the citizens and voters of Broward County cannot see the forest for the trees. Go figure!!! I guess they love Wasserman Schultz more then they did their supposed beloved children. Bad, Sad, days in Broward County, Florida, and the Florida statehouse.
Republicans should adopt a pot of well boiled linguine for a mascot because real elephants have backbones.
So this little **** wants a popular vote to repeal not a law, but the acknowledgment of our God given rights. What about when the people of California, by popular vote declined to support same sex marriage? Popular vote didnt matter so much then, did it?
The Bill of Rights was established as a set of restraints on the government to make it unlawful for government to infringe on our already existing rights. Our rights do not come from government, nor from the Constitution, nor from the Bill of Rights. They come from God. They are Natural Rights.
If the leftist, America-haters can get 2/3rds of the Congress to propose a repeal of the 2nd Amendment, and then get 3/4ths of the States to ratify such a repeal, that would take away the legal restraints against government to be sure. But we still have those rights, no matter what, because, to repeat, our rights come from God.
The only difference will be, if the 2nd were ever to be repealed, that we will live in VERY interesting times.
It wasnt just former Justice Stevens either. There were op Eds in USAToday and Salon calling for the same thing and several interviewed at the gun grabber march and a recent youguv poll showed 39% of Democrats want to repeal the 2nd Amendment. This is not some fringe position for them. A large swathe of their party believes in it.
Too many Ivy League justices. We need some from non-Eastern schools, some that have actually owned guns, that have done more than sit on some judicial bench. Maybe some that grew up and lived outside of urban areas.
