So, as I read this article, Ross was not referring to Madaleno when he used the word prancing. Yet Madaleno is accusing Ross of offending him by using a perfectly descriptive word, most often applied to horses. I am tired of special interest groups trying to hijack the English language because they detect some hidden meaning to a particular word.
