Border Patrol Agents Helping Families Identify Remains of Deceased Migrants

Border Patrol agents in the Tucson Sector teamed up with other law enforcement agencies to help families in their attempt to identify the remains of migrants who died after crossing the border from Mexico. The agents are participating through the Missing Migrant Program. The Border Patrol agents worked with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officials, the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) and the Border Action Network to assist families who lost loved ones who went missing after crossing the border into the desert region of southern Arizona. The “Missing in Arizona” event took place in Phoenix on Tuesday as a follow-up to last October’s event, CBP officials stated.

Missing? Perhaps they should have stayed home. I mean people in Mexico go missing all the time and authorities there don’t spend time trying to help all of them out.

WHY are we wasting U.S. Border Patrol manpower and resources on this? You enter the U.S. without permission, you are breaking its laws. You die doing this and that’s your problem, not ours. Perhaps the bodies could be dumped over Mexico’s border for their relatives to sort out there. Don’t want your relatives to die in the desert? Don’t try to sneak into the U.S.

Jesus also said “Let the dead bury the dead” people get distracted from the real things God wants them doing and helping with. I’m sorry their family members have died but how does that help the kingdom of God for us to keep helping these people who come here illegally, cause all kinds of inconvenience, expense, illness, injury and death to our loved ones - we are just enabling - that is not Christ like at all. Jesus didn’t even care to see his friend Lazarus as he was dieing and went days later because that was his real purpose with Lazarus.

These families with missing members need to focus on what God wants them to do thats where real closure and purpose and Glory of God comes thru our connection with a deceased loved one, not finding remains to bury. So many people focused on physical life they are spiritually dead making it hard for God to grow them for His purposes.

Having an immediate family member go thru an illness with medical mistakes hastening their death just a couple weeks ago I had to continually ask God to show me where He wanted me and what should be my priority - to be in my life and work or 2500 miles away with them.

Being in the will of God at any given moment is much better than doing what a person thinks is best or society thinks is appropriate.

There are other people who could be involved in helping the families recover remains. Border Patrol folks should be doing the job of securing our border not “hand hold” law breakers family members.

This is how little Mexico thinks of it’s own people. They use them as a kind of human export capital to suck billions of dollars out of our economy without a thought at all to their welfare and they hate our living guts all the while. I despise these people.

Maybe if the Mexican government gave a God damn for their own people and gave them opportunities for a better life this wouldn't happen and if perhaps instead of screwing up the land God gave them and instead put some energy into FIXING IT they'd be a thousand times better off!
