What’s worse for me is I am retired from the USAF. 22 years of proud, fun service, and the whole time a conservative and constitutionalist.
Had I known such a thing was going on, yes, I would have even gone to the New York Times to tell all. Since the Air Force flies `most` classified missions, but supports all other agency (not the Army/Navy/Marine air assets) we are the ones being accused. It’s not the *Government*; it would be servicemen who actually fly these things.
But it wasn’t going on. To say so besmirches the Air Force I love. No matter what, I know far to many honorable men and women who serve/served, and none of them, from Generals to Airman, would standby and let such a thing occur.
I take it as in insult to my patriotism and service.
Not only can I not imagine it being done, how would you keep it secret?
