Ah,yes...state pension systems.You've gotta love 'em.In my state (Massachusetts) we have a guy name Billy Bulger who's collecting a state pension after years of "public service".His main claim to fame (apart from having basically run this state for decades) is that he's the kid bother of "Whitey" Bulger,formerly of the FBI's Ten Most Wanted and now a "guest" of the United States Bureau of Prisons.

Billy's also known (in Massachusetts at least) for having taken the 5th several dozen times when giving sworn testiony before a Congressional Committee (and also having said "I can't recall" several dozen other times) as well as drawing a $250,000/yr Massachusetts state pension,courtesy of the few people in this state who actually work for a living and pay taxes.
