I think Trump is trying to cooperate because of how his actions would be portrayed in the media if he stonewalled Mueller. We know how Obama successfully stonewalled with no big backlash (claiming Executive Privilege, etc), but the MSM would crucify Trump for ANY resistance to Mueller at this time. Trump's lawyers are waiting for the Inspector General report, which should give them more room to then defy Mueller.

Every time Mueller asks the White House for Anything, the Only response should be a Copy of the Nunes Memo and a Picture of Hillary, and just for fun maybe a few Declassifie3d Documents on Uranium 1!!!

“Trump’s lawyers are waiting for the Inspector General report”

They are putting a lot of chips on an Obongo appointee, and when in the hell is this getting released?

Well that’s the whole trap right?

If Trump so much as bats an eye at Mueller, he charge Trump with “obstruction”.

The only way to fight this is to appoint another SP to investigate everyone else, including Mueller’s associates.

Finally somebody gets it. Props to George Parry.

Also, thanks for posting. It is five-star analysis.

Mueller and Rosenstein are as crooked as dog’s hind legs. Sessions is their enabler/cheerleader.

“Since the vast majority of clients are guilty as charged and lack the financial resources to pay for a trial, you cut a plea deal and do the best you can at sentencing.”

What about the innocent ones? They should be able to sue to recover the costs occurred in their defense.

“........if you lack the financial resources to pay for a trial, you cut a plea deal and do the best you can at sentencing.”........

Making deals is for “guilty people”. The problem comes at decision time for a judge to make that determination. You had better hope you don’t have judges “tough on crime” as 99% of the time you will do time. One Wisconsin judge well known for such decisions is Barbra Crab, the hanging judge.

.
Mueller will be prosecuted for his felonies if Uranium One is investigated, but Sessions may also be caught in that net.

President Trump should definitely be choosing George Parry as his additions as his attorneys arrayed against Mueller. Another serious consideration should be Andrew C, McCarthy.

All of this raises the question of the true purpose of Mueller’s investigation. Is it an honest search for truth or a
continuation of the anti-Trump plot hatched during the losing campaign's aftermath by vengeful Hillary supporters?

As the noted civil libertarian, Alan Dershowitz, famously observed: A special prosecutor is not appointed to criminalize
political differences. That tactic does not belong in a republic......it was commonly used in the former Soviet Union.

"Show me the man and I'll show you the crime," is a phrase emanating from that brutal era.

==================================

Americans demand to know who Mueller is talking to, to determine who is directing his actions. Is he talking to:

<><> political figures,

<><> DNC types,

<><> party regulars

<><> elected Democrats,

<><> Hillary's campaign apparat,

<><> Democrat-connected PAC's,

<><> super-delegates,

<><> Hillary's campaign honchos,

<><> the Clinton Foundation (her campaign financer)?

It's time to get ahold of Muellers's e-mails, snail mails, wire transfers, phone records, hard drives, software, blackberries.
Course, it's possible Mueller wouldnt be THAT stupid with his commmuniques.
Therefore, every communication device in use by the S/P's office needs to be in the hands of the DOJ.

====================================

ACTION NOW: contact

AG Jeff Sessions
U.S. Department of Justice
950 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW
Washington, DC 20530-0001
Comment Line: 202-353-1555

TALKING POINTS: Mr Mueller needs to be held accountable to Americans.
He was charged with finding a Russian connection to the 2016 campaign.
But he seems to have discarded his original raison d'etre.

We demand to know the true purpose of Mueller’s endless investigation. Is he on an honest search for truth
or are his willy-nilly actions a continuation of the rabid anti-Trump plot hatched by bummed out Hillary supporters?

Rather, Trumps God damned Attorney General “should be tough on Mueller.”

Being the only person with control over Meuller’s destructive and dangerous work, Sessions could have said publicly, from the beginning (after NOT recusing himself) this investigation will be on Russia Government meddling ONLY. You will NOT turn this into a political media freak show. You will give reports to me every week, and you will avail yourself to the American public monthly for questioning as I request. You will have a limited time-line. Any deviation from that, and YOU WILL BE FIRED.

Mueller has a win on any basis mentality.

Documents have to be turned over.

However, given what happened to Flynn and Martha Stewart, Trump should refuse to answer any and all questions.

“In the Philadelphia Inquirer I have time and again warned against cooperating with Mueller. If Trump were my client, I wouldn’t give the special counsel the time of day without a court order. I would make him crawl over hot coals all the way to the Supreme Court and back before I would give up a single scrap of paper. When he wanted the next scrap, I would make him do it all over again. Under no circumstances would my client voluntarily submit to questioning.”

Exactly, right.

In my opinion, if Trump called Putin and requested the KGB file on Clinton and Putin sent a copy to Trump by truck, no violation of law could have occurred.

“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech or of the press”

The Trump campaign probably had the second largest print reach in the USA, exceeded only by the better funded Hillary Clinton campaign.

Attorneys bill by the hour, and lawyers who write opinion pieces must get paid by the word. You can therefore skip down to the last three paragraphs, where the writer finally gets to the point.

What seems obvious to me is that President Trump allows Mueller and his “investigation” to nowhere to persist so as to distract the “Resistance,” providing a shiny object on which to pin their false hopes while ignoring the REAL CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION that proceeds apace.

When that bomb detonates, observers in Moscow, Beijing, Pyongyang, Teheran, and on all the ships at sea will be able to see the mushroom cloud and feel the shock wave. Once the smoke and ash dissipate, the vast crater that was once the corrupt and lawless Clinton/Obama/Demoncrat Shadow Government will be visible from space.

“With every passing day, as ever more disclosures of the corruption in Comey’s FBI and Obama’s Justice Department emerge, the time and tide are running out on Mueller. Soon to be released will be the inspector general’s findings, which reportedly will expose the FBI’s fake investigation of Clinton’s email server and the backup plan to sabotage Trump’s presidency should he win. With that, Mueller’s position will become even more beleaguered, and the pressure to end his safari will mount.

“If Trump declined to voluntarily submit to questioning, Mueller would have to issue a subpoena to compel him to appear before the grand jury. That would afford Trump’s lawyers the perfect opportunity to move to quash the subpoena based on, among other things: Rosenstein’s illegal appointment of Mueller to conduct a counterintelligence operation with no jurisdictional limits, Team Mueller’s glaring conflicts of interest, Trump’s overwhelmingly justified firing of Comey, the legal impossibility of a president facing criminal charges for discharging a member of the executive branch, and, as appears increasingly likely, the special counsel’s furtherance of the plot hatched during the presidential campaign to destroy Trump by any means necessary.

If that happens, you should buy popcorn futures and sit back for one terrific show.”
