There’s her problem.
Instead of selling an appearance with a cast (only commanding $25k), she should have sold her appearance by the pound. WOuld have made out like a bandit... which she clearly is.

She was expected to be president. The influence and power that goes with that is worth a lot more.

Yes, the Clintons donate speaking fees to their own charity.
On their tax returns, the Clintons claim huge amounts of charity donations to their own charity.
While apparently perfectly legal, it doesn’t pass the smell test to donate money to charity which gives you a large paycheck.
