Worse, he is saying that the executive branch is prohibited from enforcing the laws made by the legislative branch. Judicial tyrany, plain and simple.

You go to a friendly judge, get a different opinion, then say you will follow the ruling of the friendly judge. I don’t understand why a single judge’s ruling is even accepted. When one district judge rules for the country any other district judge can be taken to ignore the first.
