So a judge is saying that shutting down an unconstitutional program, unlawfully created by Soetoro’s pen (and maybe his phone), is against the law? Bizzaro World!

Worse, he is saying that the executive branch is prohibited from enforcing the laws made by the legislative branch. Judicial tyrany, plain and simple.

You go to a friendly judge, get a different opinion, then say you will follow the ruling of the friendly judge. I don’t understand why a single judge’s ruling is even accepted. When one district judge rules for the country any other district judge can be taken to ignore the first.
