McCabe launches GoFundMe to raise money for legal costs

Former FBI deputy director Andrew McCabe on Thursday launched an online fundraiser to help cover the legal costs that might come as he navigates investigations and congressional inquiries and explores whether he will sue over his abrupt ouster from the bureau.
McCabes team unveiled the legal defense fund, hosted on the GoFundMe website, about 2 p.m. By 3:30 p.m., it had raised more than $18,700 toward a $150,000 goal.
Attorney General Jeff Sessions fired McCabe from the bureau about two weeks ago, ending his more than 20-year career just 26 hours before McCabe could retire and begin collecting his full retirement benefits. The move is likely to cut into his pension, though McCabes team said money raised for the legal defense fund will not be used for anything beyond his defense of the allegations against him.
He will continue to fight for the pension and benefits he deserves, rather than accept any crowdfunding for that purpose, his team wrote on his GoFundMe page. His team said that after any legal proceedings were over, whatever remained in the fund would be donated to charity. Soon after McCabes firing, his team noted that there were a number of crowdfunding sites claiming to be raising money in his name, but none was affiliated with him.

That’s some chutzpah, right there....
Unbelievable.
Will McAuliffe donate?
Got another link where I don’t have to pay to read?
Doesn’t this the guy have a net worth north of $11 million?
Are we sure it’s not GoFMe?
Weeks ago they were bragging if he didn’t get full retirement it wouldn’t hurt him because he’s worth 11 million. Now he’s indigent begging for funds for his lawyers. Remarkable ! I thought gofundme watched for fraudulent applications.
Anyone know if General Flynn has a GoFundMe page?
They only kick off conservative applications.
A goal of only $150,000? I think his legal fees are going to be a bit higher than that.
No worries .... Andy could sell his Porche for legal fees as Flynn had to sell his house. McCabes 2010 Porche 911 is approximately worth between $110,000 and $265,000 depending on its sports-car options and engine package. According to motor vehicle records the car is registered to the address of McCabes $750,000 home in Virginia.
Anybody started a GoFundMe for Flynn?
You’d have to be a dunce or have terminal TDS to actually give money to this turd. Typical government drone, though, always looking to soak you.
Really....He’s a millionaire....
If he instead held a “gof***me” campaign, I’d contribute to that.
Boo Hoo, WHoo Hoo! A charity case, he is NOT.
Looks like the fund is now up to 187k and the goal is now 250k. Leftists are rubes. This guy has no money problems.
Well, here are a few numbers from the net that indicates his need for gofundme:
“Andrew McCabe Net Worth is $11 Million dollars and earns an annual Income of $900,000 dollars (Estimated data only). Andrew McCabeis is an American attorney who was the Deputy Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Andrew McCabe recently bought a brand new Audi luxury car for $110,000 USD. The Net Worth of Andrew McCabe has seen a hike of 127% over the past few years.”
He’s a Clintonite. Money is their god. This is what they do.
McCabe was “confused” by the questions he was asked. But, General Flynn lied. Maybe he should split the “take” with General Flynn. Or better, give it all to him and his family for the persecution he’s endured at the hands of his accusers.
