Stormy Daniels will have to wait her turn to take on President Donald Trump.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Daniels’ motion for Expedited Jury Trial and for Limited Expedited Discovery was denied.

because a judge said Pres Trump could not use postpone court hearing (or something) on another case that just went to court

I'm convinced that this entire effort is being driven by this showboat attorney and whoever is sitting in the shadows funding his efforts.
I think Stormy Daniels (or Stephanie Clifford) is completely confused about it all -- and only cares about her increased strip club bookings and attention.

1) I need to get this into court so the trial is during the mid-terms.
2). My book deal is worth much less if it is after the mid-term elections.
3). I must be able to get to Court quickly...so I can then drag it out as long as possible once I get into court.
Cohen and Daniels have some kind of non-disclosure agreement. Daniels lawyer says it should be tossed out because it is illegal. What makes it illegal, he says, is that it’s an illegal campaign contribution.
It is not decided that it is even a campaign contribution, illegal or not. Cohen, who was Trump’s personal lawyer and who has covered him for years, took care of this for Trump on his own. He has done this kind of “got your back” stuff at other times. It’s part of the job.
I suspect it’s about saving money and saving the feelings of Melania, Barron, and the other kids.
However, they went to a California judge for some reason.
I don’t think they have a case, but a California judge means Trump probably have to appeal a negative ruling all the way to the top until he gets out of California.
I hope her fake boobs blow up in the meantime.

Since when is extortion considered a campaign contribution? This is like calling it "insurance" if you pay someone to not burn down your place of business.
