I only saw him because there was one post in chat and they mentioned it. He didn’t land on the nest - - was on a branch just at the edge. He sat and called for a few minutes and left.
Now have the 2nd Latvian eagles up. Hoo-hoo bird calling. :-)

I think I heard the hoo-hoo bird on the Latvian nest. Not sure. LOL! It’s a pretty site, though.
