Is there anything new in this article?
As I recall Mueller has jailed and ruined people in the past by withholding exculpatory evidence
Hes a real peach of a human being
if the judge exhonerates flynn then it would seem almost de rigueur that he would then be expected to hold mueller in contempt of court for malicious prosecution (yes?).
In my opinion, the only reason he plead guilty is because they were financially destroying him.
There was no explanation as to why Contreras, who presided over Flynns guilty plea on Dec. 3, was recused from the case.
Banana Republic.
As was disclosed, Rudolph Contreras was the judge who issued the FISA warrants that lead to the unmasking of Carter Page and the others. Flynn was swept in that as well. Contreras would seem to be dirty.
This necessarily includes the evidence McCabe fabricated.
p
mueller needs a crime to go after Trump on obstruction. That is why Flynn was charged after the fbi already stated he did not lie.
Maybe a silly question but . . . why can’t President Trump just pardon Flynn?
Sullivan was on the Ted Stevens case and he was lied to by federal prosecutors. If they try the same shit again he’s gonna fry them.
Perhaps Mueller’s unprofessional past of withholding exculpatory evidence will finally catch up to him and Weissman.
Waiter! Two Perp Walks, on ice, please!
In the latter part of the article linked here, http://dailycaller.com/2017/02/14/exclusive-defiant-flynn-insists-he-crossed-no-lines-leakers-must-be-prosecuted/, it appears that there was a misunderstanding in that Flynn did not believe the expulsion of the diplomats was “sanctions.”
Want to stop this evil?
Every DO”J” lawyer who lies or makes a factually
false statement must be fired immediately, branded,
and lose his/her pension forever.
Mueller’s liberal lefty pea brain just doesn’t understand. He can’t go on illegally ruining people’s lives without eventually facing a few ounces of hypersonic , boat tailed , FMJ lead.
Mueller’s time is coming.
Yes, Judge Sullivan is one solid judge, what we imagine a judge to be. I’d trust his judgment any day of the year over most on that or any other court.
