Rumor and speculation as to why District of Columbia Judge Rudolph Contreras was recused from Flynn case An option being discussed by attorneys, pundits and supporters is that Flynn withdraw his guilty plea before sentencing The Office of Special Counsel complied with a federal judge’s order and as a result turned over all evidence related to former National Security Advisor Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn’s case, according to two sources who spoke to this reporter.

In December, Judge Emmet G. Sullivan ordered Special Counsel Robert Mueller to provide Flynn’s attorneys with any and all information that may have been withheld from the case. Sullivan took over as the presiding judge after District of Columbia Judge Rudolph Contreras was recused from the case on Dec. 7. There was no explanation as to why Contreras, who presided over Flynn’s guilty plea on Dec. 3, was recused from the case. Flynn pled guilty to one count of lying to the FBI, despite testimony provided to Congress by former FBI Director James Comey, where he stated that the agents did not believe Flynn had lied about his conversation with former Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak in December 2016.

Sullivan ordered the government to produce any evidence in its possession that is “favorable to defendant and material either to defendant’s guilt or punishment.”

It's been reported that he's friends with Peter Strozk.

I believe he was also the Judge presiding over the case against Flynn. Flynn had pleaded guilty but before Contreras could finish the proceedings against Flynn....the scumbag Judge got booted off the case. No explanation was given as to why he was removed.

I think we all see this for the deep state stacked deck that it is. I really hope there's a special cell near the hottest place on earth waiting for all these crooked bass-turds.

I listened to Louis Gohmert( one of my favorites) on with Rush’s sub today.. He ripped Mueller a new one. He said that by far he was the worst FBI director ever. Now that’s saying something. He also said he doesn’t”t know what the deal is with Gowdy, He’s a different guy. Louis was very up front but his condemnation of Mueller was really something.

Mueller was told to turn it over in December, but he dragged his heels and didn’t comply until 3 months later. What a bunch of crap.

Mueller has been stalling and trying to wait until the IG report is made public so he can see what damaging evidence they have on him before he puts his cards on the table.

He just lost the waiting game.

I've tried to locate any wife for Contreras. One source said he was married, but no name of supposed wife, and a search resulted in no pictures of him and a wife. When he was sworn in as a District Judge in 2012, he spoke about his deceased father-in-law. His mother, Amparo Contreras was photographed helping him put on his robe. Don't you think that that would be a wife's role? In this article, I discovered that in 1994, he was hired by then U.S. Attorney for D.C., Eric Holder. Mark my words. This is going to be the biggest scandal in US history. People are going to go to jail on this. There are going to be in depth books about how this whole thing has gone down.

Their house of cards is starting to come down. Things may happen slowly, but they are going to happen!

There has to be a cleanup. The Democrat party, Clinton campaign, Obama Administration, CIA, FBI, and DOJ are all filthy dirty on this. This was an attempted bloodless coup. It almost worked.
