The Judge IS the law. He is the King who decides life and death. A small matter of coal in the ground is child’s play for the mighty King.

A judge who no doubt failed “physics for poets”.

“...must consider reducing coal mining as a way to fight climate change, a judge has ruled.”
Based on what law?

..Based on what law...
also what climate change?

You’re correct of course. Too often the left is allowed to define the narrative.

How did judges obtain the right to write U.S. “environmental” policy from the bench???

U.S. District Judge Brian Morris was a Barack Obama appointee. Take it from there!

I'm pro-environment. Windmills kill birds. Solar panel fields impact the environment around them in negative ways. Because both affect the air, consider the butterfly effect. Small atmospheric differences are over time and distance going to have possibly catastrophic impacts on weather. They aren't necessarily an improvement over traditional energy sources.
Don't hear anyone talking about personal conservation anymore, do we? Like get a smaller screen TV, give up the "smart" phone, move into a smaller house, limit electricity use. Why? Nothing is about personal responsibility anymore.

After a couple of years casually looking for somewhere to purchase coal for personal use, I finally found some.
The coal is only $40/ton.
The carbon tax is $53/ton.
I won’t be buying any coal any time soon.

Where do the so called judges (commie activists) get their authority to destroy the U.S. economy? They assumed it and no one objected, well no one with any authority to oppose it anyway.
