Execution would be preferable, and will go a long way towards making things better. First the congress needs to remove judges who make stupid rulings like the one that effectively rendered capital punishment for rape impossible. The judiciary over the years has had a huge role in getting this nation to this point. I pray that the individuals responsible get everything they deserve and more, here and now.
