Bolton is in a position right now of figuring out how do I stop the leaks if Im using the same people, its not that he wants to clean house, he explained, adding that the only way to effectively ensure the only way to do that is to bring in his own people.
The former official said he believes Bolton will start at the top of the NSC staff but warned that he wont stop there if need be.

Will Bolton drain the NSC swamp, or is he part of the swamp? I am hoping for the best.
Bolton understands that the NSCs job is to implement the presidents policy, not to influence policy, a former Trump NSC official told TheDC.

McMaster put in a lot of vipers and kept in some people from the Obama years. Bolton wants to clean house.

Start putting people in prison, pronto.
For a long, long time.
That will take care of a lot of it.

Having dealt with such matters during the Reagan years..., I don't envy him that task! It was difficult then..., nigh on impossible these days but you have to keep trying!

By putting a few in prison two things will happen
1) A lot of guilty people will start singing or
2) A lot of dead bodies will start showing up
either way the American Public Wins.

Yes. That will start some Swamp Draining.
Which is obviously needed.

Seems like we all thought Bolton was a white hat all the way back in the days of George Bush. I don’t know that much about him personally, or don’t remember, but I really do very much like the collection of enemies he has managed to acquire. That is the best thing about him.

There are still Obamatard staffers and Big Ears himself stated he left landmines there at the WH. Bolton is doing EXACTLY what needs to be done.

McMaster put in a lot of vipers and kept in some people from the Obama years. Bolton wants to clean house. That would be a good trick considering that NSA's don't do the hiring and firing of NSC staff. The guy making staffing decisions has been Keith Kellogg, the NSC Executive Secretary and Chief of Staff.

Good, drain it! Unlike so many here that think Bolton is a "war-monger", I believe him to be a clone of Ronald Reagan. Amb. Bolton believes in diplomacy through strength! I've been waiting for POTUS to invite him in. I thought he would be perfect for SoS. However, with all his experience, I'm good with NSC head.
LtGen. McMaster was a bad fit and like many who reach that military position, a political animal. Everyone makes a big deal about Trump re-positioning his team. Commonsense says being a businessman, he had a learning curve. His transition team made many bad recommendations, and he is correcting that.

That’s all you need to know. What is the reaction of CNN, the Washington Post and the NY Times. If they are all hysterical, as they are about Bolton, you know for sure he’s the man for the job.
This is also how Trump should have realized immediately he made a HUGE mistake when he hired McMaster. MSM all loved it!

Well Jimmy Carter thinks Bolton is Trump’s worst mistake — so that’s encouraging.

1) Who hires/fires Kellogg?
2) Do you think McMaster had zero influence on Kellog?

He also fired a lot of Trump supporters that should be rehired.

I think Bolton's gonna clean house. He's been pretty vocal on Fox about these leaks and I think there'll be more hell to pay from him then Trump if any of his guys leak.
I trust Trump even more at this point and I personally feel DJT is starting to hit his stride. That said, I worry more about Bolton's new guys quietly passing info to the Bush League for deep state desemination. Having worked for "them", Bolton and his gang have a "trust but verify" footnote attached to them for now.
