It took a lot of investigation and follow up on comments from people I read all over the web on sites I follow. However after checking the the laws from past legislation, I became convinced this will be a good thing.
My biggest problem was the $500 million for three years to PP, but if he follows through as I know he has the right to, PP, will get noting.
