Mainly McCabe

It appears on the record that Andrew McCabe, the FBI’s recently fired deputy director, was a vicious man who used the power of his office to attack an FBI agent and General Michael Flynn, who rose to her defense. George Parry writes at American Spectator:

He admitted under oath that the FBI had started an internal investigation into [Robyn] Gritz’s personal conduct after learning that she “had filed or intended to file” a sex discrimination complaint against her supervisors. This bone-headed statement constituted an unequivocal and legally fatal admission that the FBI had illegally retaliated against Gritz for exercising her protected right to file such a complaint.

This was not McCabe’s only unforced error. Two weeks after Gritz filed her EEOC complaint, McCabe had her investigated by the FBI’s Office of Professional Responsibility for “time card irregularities”. This inspired move constituted yet another illegal retaliatory act and pure gold for Gritz’s case.

For someone with a law degree, McCabe had made a complete fool of himself.

As these events unfolded, McCabe became Deputy Director of the FBI. In that capacity, he was a central figure in the Trump-Russia collusion investigation, and it was then, according to reports, that he saw his chance to get back at Flynn. Citing three anonymous FBI employees (who themselves fear retaliation), Circa.com reports that McCabe expressed such intense dislike for Flynn that these employees became “uncomfortable as the Russia probe began to unfold and pressure built to investigate Flynn.” One employee was so concerned that he consulted private legal counsel for guidance.

Nothing will happen to him for lying. When we have Ryan, McConnell and Sessions as closet Democrats you can say no to Special Counsel. No to any kind of Grand Jury indites. America is in free communists fall unless Trump, and what is left to the troops, get busy for the 2018 and kick ars.

The difference in this case is that you have active criminal and civil cases underway where this @sshole is going to be a prominent target of defense attorneys (in Flynn's case) and civil litigators (in Gritz's case).

I've been saying for months that another special counsel in these matters is a bad idea. The best way to deal with this bullsh!t is to have the U.S. Dept. of Justice shredded to bits by legal experts outside the DOJ.

I'm sure this is exactly why Donald Trump added former Federal prosecutor Joseph DiGenova to his legal team. Who gives a sh!t what the DOJ or a special counsel does about all this misconduct in the agency now? Trump has the biggest interest in dealing with these pr!cks for what they did to him as a private citizen.

McCabe should be in prison.

Amen, and at least there's a chance of it now.

3 may be on to something. By now I hope the President knows the vast extent to which the dems in the government (and paid outside contractors) were spying on him and his team. I bet every word he and his team said, emailed, etc. were monitored. D & T may have a primary role of attacking the deep state for what they did to him as a private citizen.

I still want to know the answer to a burning question: did the FISA judge know that Carter Page worked on the Trump campaign team? If he did, then he is part of the conspiracy. If he didn’t, then that is another major problem with the FISA warrant and part of why they picked someone obscure on the Trump team. The warrant allowed the deep state to spy on Trump and his whole team without limits. After Trump was elected they focused on the Security Advisors. Guess who they were passing that information along to? Our soft and hard enemies wanted to know what he was going to do after being sworn in. It has come apparent that every contact the Trump team had with Russian nationals and the Ozzie was a set up.

Kaslin=Troll.

Bone-headed grammatical and spelling errors are dead giveaways:
(No to any kind of Grand Jury indites. America is in free communists fall ...)

The “Resistance Bot” boiler rooms obviously are working double shifts, carpet-bombing on-line forums such as this one with stupid, ill-informed, discouraging comments from mock-disgruntled and -disillusioned Trump supporters. Don’t buy in.

I'd be for both, a special council AND an outside approach.

Di Genova and Toensing could work the outside civil litigation approach.

“It’s just a very unfortunate turn of events that we are using the criminal justice system to try to achieve political ends in this country ... I just think that a lot of this is deliberately designed to sensationalize charges against my husband, because everything else they’ve tried has failed. And I also believe that it’s part of an effort, very frankly, to undo the results of two elections.

“The great story here for anybody willing to find it and write about it and explain it is this vast right-wing conspiracy that has been conspiring against my husband since the day he announced for president. A few journalists have kind of caught on to it and explained it. But it has not yet been fully revealed to the American public. And actually, you know, in a bizarre sort of way, this may do it.

I am just going to wait patiently until the truth comes out.”

— First Lady Hillary Clinton on the “Today Show” the morning after news broke of an alleged sexual relationship between her husband, President Bill Clinton, and White House intern Monica Lewinsky.

Fast forward to the present: Let’s review former CIA chief John Brennan’s “St. Patrick’s Day Massacre” tweet, shall we?

“When the full extent of your venality, moral turpitude, and political corruption becomes known, you will take your rightful place as a disgraced demagogue in the dustbin of history. You may scapegoat Andy McCabe, but you will not destroy America...America will triumph over you.”

Is there any doubt now that Obama’s Gestapo/KGB operatives have compiled a huge file of crap with which to smear President Trump? So far, they seem most obsessed with mucking out sh!t from the “moral turpitude” file/pile.

And that shovel has Hillary’s filthy fingerprints all over it. Hillary was the one who, playing defense, manipulated her “husband” Bill Clinton’s non-marital sexual proclivities and prevarication to her advantage, So now, on offense, she believes the same tactics that failed to bring down Bill Clinton will somehow work to destroy Donald Trump.

If at first you succeed, try again: Against both Bill and Donald, she has cast herself as the aggrieved party. But her campaign to define deviancy down and make Bill Clinton’s thing “just about sex” was so successful that it has forever taken “moral turpitude” off the table as a reason to impeach a President.

Today, Stormy Daniels and the rest of those bitches won’t hunt.

They are deliberately betraying their electorate:

Lose House. Get Pelosi. Clinton investigations shut down. Articles of Impeachment passed. Senate removes maverick Trump. Establishment Pence installed. Business as usual.

That’s the plan.

@sshole is going to be a prominent target of defense attorneys (in Flynn's case)

This part is very intense. A federal judge, a newly appointed FISA judge, who is friends with the chief prosecutor, FBI special agent Strozk, was removed from the Flynn case about 4 days after accepting Flynn's guilty plea, for reasons not given the public.

The newly appointed Judge Lambert, friendly to law and order for sure, has ordered all exculpatory evidence in the Flynn case from Mueller's team. It is heating up.
