So my wife got me a DNA test for Christmas since our family are all Hines 57s. Turns out I got an email last week letting me know my Great Great Grandfather was killed in the Civil War fighting for the Confederacy leaving a widow 3 orphans.
Guess I am going to have to start flying the Stars and Bars.
those days are about gone except for a few states. Most people hardly remember the civil war. Down here we have more yankees than southerners in many counties. Unfortunately they brought their politics with them.
