Would have the 'vain' Isaac Newton been permitted to place his laws of physics in "Breaking News" if FR were around back then?

Some things are "breaking news" even when they seem to be "vain"/ a vanity.

See, this is why hypotheticals are not allowed in court. You can stretch such an item to absurd limits.

An opinion-vanity (or an interpretation-vanity of a piece of legislation) is not Breaking News.

If you personally witness a nuclear explosion over North Korea, and are the first person to post the story, that would be breaking news.

If, however, you have an opinion about nuclear weapons, or an interpretation of nuclear physics text, that is NOT Breaking News.
