In my little corner, I can’t see much so it isn’t distracting. The hard part is resisting the temptation to wander. LOL!

I did take a peek at the guest book they have by the door. I was curious where people were from who had been stopping to check out the museum. There were only three pages as they’d started a new book. I saw TX, AR, CA, and IN listed as well as Nashville and other towns around TN. I’d love to sit down with the old books to see what other states are represented. I’m thrilled people are finding out about the museum.

When I was reading the different places people were from, I wondered if maybe one or two might be a FReeper who had seen posts about the museum but I’ll never know.
I’ve spread the word via email and a couple of my friends are former military and still have a lot of military contacts. They’re involved with various veterans organizations and they told me they had sent the info along to them.

They don’t have a FB page. I don’t think any of them bothers with the site at all. If they had a page, they’d mention it in the pamphlets and all they have is the link to their own web site.

Well, I could link their website to FB, but they might not want that, so I’ll let it go. :) I’m sure that word is already spreading nicely for their museum as it grows. It WOULD be nice to know if a FReeper or two ever visited, wouldn’t it!

Sounds like a lot of work, but a lot of fun to see all those treasures readied for public display.

Word seems to be spreading through military channels and people who learn about it that way tell their friends, who tell their friends, and so on. I don’t know what else they’re doing to advertise the place but I’ve been happy to do a little to help. :-)
