Officials said a 51-year-old former Bay Area resident who drove a flaming minivan loaded with propane tanks and gasoline cans through the main gate at Travis AFB has been identified.
Authorities extracted a video from his cell phone and are analyzing it to try and see if it could help point to a motive. Sources wouldn't offer any details about the video.
During a press conference Friday, officials said the driver had no known links to terrorism.
FBI agent Sean Ragan said Hafiz Kazi was found dead inside the Kia minivan Wednesday evening shortly after rolling slowly through the main gate of Travis Air Force Base and crashing.

His mother was Kami Kazi?
I think mussulmen make up 40% of the Indian population
No, its less than 15% - most went to Pakistan and Bangladesh during partition/independence.
Hafiz Kazi?
Hope he doesn’t have a brother named “Kama”.
“And then theres the FBI telling us that its for sure NOT TERRORISM! My BS meter pegged when I read that bit.”
Wash your keyboard off with soap. Our “premier law enforcement agency” is always right about terrorism. After all, they were brilliant enough to enlighten us by finding that the shooting of Steve Scalise was not terrorism. Then there was Nadal Hassan, who did noting but commit an act of “workplace violence” with no terrorism or treason involved.
It’s either cognitive dissonance or abject stupidity. Either way, the citizens are not being well-served by the FBI (which stands for F*cking Blind Idiots). And I’m really all over hearing this BS about just how many of their “agents” are pillars of virtue, who are engaged in fighting crime 24/7! Seems to me that their “major prosecutorial efforts” are centered around tripping up poor schlubs they interview, then jailing them for “lying!” Local cops do it too. I have had this “interview experience” as an outgrowth of filing a written complaint against one of our town cops for misbehavior. Didn’t know we were a Communist Country until I “was interviewed” concerning my complaint. Talk about thinly veiled threats!
