Not really.
While he aligns with the Neocons on many position, it’s for different reasons.
For instance: He supported the overthrow of the MB after Mubarak was deposed. He was opposed to the Libya fiasco because they had straightened up. And, he’s not that big of fan of NATO and supports extreme pressure to force them to comply with their obligations...or be abandoned.
He’s really a realist. And a Nationalist, primarily.
