House Majority Leader Paul Ryan (R-WI) has introduced one of the largest spending bills in the history of the United States of America's government with nearly a trillion dollars in expenses - but has failed to produce the necessary $25 billion President Trump has required for his Border Wall proposal.
Included in the massive waste of spending is nearly $30 billion for Obamacare markets, that will “fund insurer payments known as cost-sharing reduction payments for three years, and offer $30 billion in reinsurance funds distributed evenly for three years,” according to the Washington Examiner.
The influx of cash for the disastrous Obamacare is known as “TITLE IV BIPARTISAN HEALTH CARE STABILIZATION,” which is certain to infuriate Trump voters who have long since demanded a full repeal of Obamacare, after the GOP included a repeal of the individual mandate in last year's historic reform proposals which eventually passed and benefitted the American people with enormous bolsters to their income.
Below is the proposal to reinvigorate the Obamacare markets:
“Republicans will be swept from office this November.”
As if they would help. So that piece of shit Ryan funds the baby killers but not the wall. I knew it. They will never fund the wall, Trump will have to go to war or it will not happen.

The Chamber of Commerce (aka the Chamber of Amnesty), big business, assorted Open Borders types, etc.
They must be paying Ryan God knows how many million, tens of millions of dollars.
I've quit donating to the GOP over their broken promises and have told them by returning their begging letters with that written largely across them.

Trump HAS TO push back and veto this. It’s a mess. Meadows is right. It’s military funding, and that’s it, for EVERYTHING the democrats want.

Paul Ryan is the Speaker of the House.
The "Majority Leader" is not a Constitutional position, but the Speaker of the House is. One would think these writers would know this.
