EXCLUSIVE: Fired FBI official authorized criminal probe of Sessions, sources say

Nearly a year before Attorney General Jeff Sessions fired senior FBI official Andrew McCabe for what Sessions called a "lack of candor," McCabe oversaw a federal criminal investigation into whether Sessions lacked candor when testifying before Congress about contacts with Russian operatives, sources familiar with the matter told ABC News.

I contend again. That is not how to handle it. Indictments of coup members will get the right result: McCabe, Comey to start. If there is something to pin Mueller, do that too. A lot of people who comment here are mixing up a rebellion (like Shay’s Rebellion and the Whiskey Rebellion) with a Civil War.

I live in the country on a dirt road, and I have plenty of tools that are suitable for various occasions, as well as lots of little brass things that fit into my tools.

True civil war requires opposing armies. Creating opposing armies out of a unified military force is not a simple matter, but it could happen IF unity of command were violated - for example, if McMaster tried a coup using Army units loyal to him and Mattis commanded sufficient loyal Marine forces to oppose them.

Let’s not have facts get in way of the narrative. Sessions was following the recommendation of the responsible FBI office. I guess he could have ignored the recommendation, but why would he do that?

We have no controlling legal authority that is not corrupt and loyal to the left or compromised (Jeff Magoo).

Trump needs to gut the entire DOJ starting with sessions, rosenstein and mueller.

What we are will probably face will not be a 19th century type war, with opposing armies, uniforms, codes of conduct, etc.

The Left cannot win that type of war, especially if our military is on the side of the Constitution.

That is why they have already waged a very different war. Their weapons are domination of the culture, domination of the media and Hollywood, propaganda, control of social media, vote fraud, judicial activism, and the tools of the Deep State.

But, let's say that there are mass arrests of the guilty (just for the sake of argument). Would the Cold Civil War go hot? It already has in pockets. Antifa, the false flag events (school or mass shootings, train derailments, etc.)

If the Left and the Deep State felt cornered and desperate, I guarantee you they will turn violent. They will use regional violence in places where they have an advantage. They will utilize corrupt police forces, or perhaps even corrupt National Guard that answer to Governors under Title 35.

Our Federal military (who operate under Title 10), may be called upon in many ways, to include arrests, and to quell riots or insurrections.
