A deadly string of unsolved bombings in Texas this month was "meant to send a message," though Austin Police Chief Brian Manley said Sunday, but he didn't say what that message was.
Manley said at a news conference that he hoped the bomber was watching and would "reach out to us before anyone else is injured or killed."
"We want to understand what brought you to this point and listen to you," Manley said.
The plea came as local and federal authorities increased the reward for information leading to a conviction in the bombings, which killed two and injured two others earlier this month, to $100,000, Manley said. Texas Gov. Greg Abbott was also offering $15,000.
The two people killed in the bombings, Stephen House and Draylen Mason, were African-American and attended the same church, Nelson Linder, the local NAACP chapter president, told NBC News last week.
House, 39, was killed on the morning of March 2, while Mason, 17, died on the morning of March 12.
Mason's 41-year-old mother was critically injured in the explosion. Just before noon that Monday, a third bombing critically injured a 75-year-old Hispanic woman, Esperanza Herrera.

If black people are being targeted with bombings, most likely suspects include antifa, KKK or other wings of the democrat party.
These branches of the democrat party, such as the KKK, are known as such by democrat leaders but most democrat voters are unaware.
Other deep state actors, including republican leaders, etc are also well aware of this kind of thing.
So far blacks and a hispanic woman.... not sure if the hispanic woman attended the same church but I don’t think so, I think the bombings were spaced in a north-south line.

TWO Blacks bombed and the media jumps to racial hate crime. But over 100 Whites targeted by Blacks in the “Knockout Game” (at least a dozen dead) and the media doesn’t even HINT at a racial motive.
Every breaking news article these days starts with BOOM!... there have been a few of those this weekend. I suspect that’s more likely what he or she is thinking of- breaking news in the Russia melodrama.

I keep thinking that these are knock-offs of the packages that were invented by some guy that kept getting delivered packages ripped off from his porch. He made a simple setup that set off a blank shotgun shell if package was moved. Pretty simple setup.

It seems that there was some news lately about gangsters killing each other at funerals in Chicago. Maybe it’s gang related.
