Dr. Noel is the physician who discussed Hillary's health issues during the campaign and formed a medical opinion that she was most likely suffering from Parkinson's disease.
In his new video, he analyzes her latest "event" in India on a frame by frame basis and concludes that it is more evidence that his original call was correct.

He was obviously a highly skilled, competent, and compassionate professional who knew how to care for old women with serious health problems, and one with the strength to deal with a patient who’s about to have a fall. If I were Hillary, I’d not go anywhere without him.
I don’t see anything in the way Hillary moves to indicate that she has Parkinson’s.
Does so — have you been medically diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease or do you just have 4 of the 5 symptoms? If you do have it I am truly sorry.
Maybe he quit.
When I’m having a moment of foot pain due to flat feet, I know that I need to steady myself. I hold on to a railing, or at least, touch the side of the building as I move downward.
It’s a reflexive type of move, especially when moving on slick, stoney steps that are over 100 years old.
The other one I have is worse
Before the first misstep, she goes down the steps in normal left-right sequence. After that first fall, OTOH, she leads with her left foot each time, including after the second fall. Funny thing is, you lead with your weak knee going down steps (and with your good knee going up) and yet. if anything you’d think that both falls might have weakened the right knee, not the left. Interesting.But as to the reason for Hillary’s missteps, Dr. Noel points out that Parkinson’s sufferers typically have difficulty identifying the landing point for their foot. He showed a picture of a cane which uses a laser to draw a line on the floor as an aid. And he showed a photo of Hillary walking beside a Secret Service agent who is holding a flashlight to illuminate the spot where she will step.

I won’t get into the details but other medical professionals with experience with Parkinsons think she has it. Unlike the guy on youtube, they keep their thoughts within their peer group. They’re about as sure as they can be w/o out seeing her in person.
Your comment makes perfect sense. Regardless of the handicap, the handicapped person always compensates for it, plans for it, etc. I can identify with you as I have my own and there are certain situations I avoid like the plague because of it.
If this witch is not compensating for her situation, then her staff should be planning around it for her.
Maybe her own staff hates her so much they set her up and she’s too dumb to catch on.
