No one gets their pension taken away. Why should he?
Being fired for misconduct does not ‘take away’ his pension. That part is fake news, and it shows up in sources that should know better. Nobody in the media checks and does research.
Sure people do. As was the procedural recommendation here. He should further be in prison—unless he has given enough info up the chain to strike a deal.
Fantastic example for ending ethical and legal wrongdoing in the federal government work force. Way to quo Jeffy.

Because he had failed to earn it. He committed sedition in his official role at the FBI.
That’s why he should not have his retirement.
......McCabe is guilty of a number of federal felonies,......OF COURSE HIS PENSION SHOULD BE TAKEN AWAY

He wouldnt lose his pension; hed just have to wait for normal retirement age instead of getting an IMMEDIATE pension at theyouthful age of 50.
This creep can wait as far as Im concerned.
If he had been fired, when he should have been, he would NOT have gotten his pension; that's the way it's written.
WHY ARE YOU ON HIS SIDE?
“No one gets their pension taken away.”
In his position at the FBI, considering his actions/crimes, he can lose his pension. That is, if Napolitano is correct; he explained it this morning.

Wrong. People lose their pension eligibility everyday, and a good many of them do so because they are fired. And there are more than adequate grounds for McCabe to be fired.
DC land of D.C.riminals.
I am sick of this. People need to rise up!!
He’s a criminal. Sessions couldnt have timed the firing this corrupt piece of lawyer dung any better. McCabe was expected to retire this Sunday, his 50th birthday, when he would have become eligible for full retirement benefits. Sessions decision to fire McCabe, who briefly served as the interim director of the FBI, will likely severely limit those benefits. McCabe needs 20 years Of cage rest, better yet as catchy rope.
