I see the questions as posed in bad faith

You see my questions as being "posed in bad faith", because you can't answer them without forcing yourself to admit the obvious logical conclusion, which is:

Knowing that he could not ethically go after the Clinton Crime Syndicate, Jeff Sessions should have immediately withdrawn his name from contention to be nominated as AG. To do otherwise would open the door to installing a crippled AG, who would be legally handcuffed, and barred from spearheading the absolutely vital investigations into what is without doubt, the most egregious episode of government corruption in our nation's history.

By recusing himself from this most urgent task, then remaining in the office, he has effectively shielded all of the major players from justice, while holding the door open for those selfsame traitors to mount a palace coup against his president.

Jeff Sessions, through his feckless cowardice, has aided and abetted one of the most diabolical plots in American history.

See, I didn't need to answer your questions, you already had the answers. Saved myself all sorts of time.

Sessions isn’t recused in any way of going after the Clinton Crime Syndicate. He’s recused from anything to do with the Trump election campaign and its dealings with Russia. If Sessions WANTED to he could launch thousands of investigations into Clinton and Obama.

Anything to with Iran? He could do that. Vote tampering/buying? Ditto. Pederasty? Of course. He is CHOOSING not to do these things, he is not prevented from doing them in any way.

So, ultimately, his fecklessness is worse than you indicate it is. It’s not that he went in as a crippled AG. It’s that he’s in there with all the powers of the AG and is doing spit-all.

A more accurate post has yet to be made on the subject.
