Yeah the vote count always seems to stop suddenly towards the end.

#312: "95% for the more heavily populated Allegahey"

Did you expect that the Democrat stronghold would have their vote count completed first? We all know why the Democrat districts are always last to report …

Those are very good points. I know that we are at a disadvantage since we have all 3 branches right now and I expect to lose some. However, we seem to be losing the easy ones. We aren’t even talking purple areas. We are getting slaughtered in deep red areas. The easy elections are the hardest to lose. These elections are typically our security blankets. When we lose those, good grief the slaughter in November will be ugly.

This is funny. Three counties with small numbers of votes to turn in. It’s like they all want to be last to determine the final vote count.

This one is a wrap..Lamb wins in a squeaker.

Fear not FRiends, Dems had to run a guy as close to a conservative Republican they could get.

Trump is still Prez doing great things. The changes he is making are monumental and many resist change and do not like him.

But the majority of folks are benefitting from his presidency and he will continue to produce.

As for the GOP they will take some losses in House and Senate its normal. They can put a tourniquet on the bleeding by running dynamic candidates not ugly old guys and creepers.

This district may very well not exist next time. Apparently being redrawn. Both candidates may run again in different districts.

Nearly all Westmoreland in.

If that's the case, is the NYT messing with their site that shows Westmorland county empty right now?

Did the NYT realize how their site messed with the vote manufacturing of Democrats in 2016, and are now censoring real-time results?

https://ballotpedia.org/Recount_laws_in_Pennsylvania

“A recount of ballots is required in an election district if three qualified electors in that district file a petition alleging that fraud or error occurred in the tabulation of votes or the marking of election ballots. Petitioners are not required to “specify in their petition the particular act of fraud or error which they believe to have been committed nor to offer evidence to substantiate the allegations of their petition.” The petition must be accompanied by a $50 deposit, which will be retained by election officials if it is determined that fraud or error did not occur. This deposit is due to each county in which a recount is requested.[3]

The secretary of the commonwealth must order a recount if any of the following conditions are met:[4]
1. a candidate for statewide office was defeated by 0.5 percent or less of all votes cast for the office
2. a statewide ballot measure was approved or rejected by 0.5 percent or less of all votes cast for the measure”

So, for a District (not statewide) race, it’s not automatic
I’m sure there are plenty on both sides to claim “error”...

The Libertarian has polled about the same vote as the margin between Saccone and Lamb.

“Only 90% of Washington County reporting.”

Hopefully very clever people counting the vote there.
