Mueller's new fishing hole: 'Conspiracy to defraud the government'
American Thinker ^ | March 13, 2018 | Rick Moran

Special Counsel Robert Mueller is invoking a new charge in his Captain Queeg search for the lost strawberries. He is looking to tie Trump and his aides to a "conspiracy to defraud the government charge."

What makes this such a stretch is that Mueller apparently doesn't have to tie it to a criminal action. This puts a lot more of Trump's aides in danger of being ensnared in Mueller's ever widening net.

When government is the injured party the citizens are criminals. This is an Obama tactic used most effectively by the SEC to imprison brokers and financiers whose tactics harm no one but allow the government to claim fraud against the code. The injured party is the prosecutor who claims his twisted interpretation is the law. Once charged a guilty plea becomes an economic necessity.

Which means Rosenstein approved the new scope of the investigation. Which means Sessions can unrecuse himself. I’m not holding my breath.

Thanks. Interesting and disgusting, at the same time. Once again, the Feds granting themselves a law that they can use against the people, when they have nothing else.

But, as opened ended and interpretive as that statute is, there’s an equal number of defenses to it. The first of which being, what Manafort is going to use, initially, who else has ever been charged, prosecuted and convicted of these charges, on his original charges. His fraud charges are another story, BTW.

Mueller lurched into the bottom of the Swamp and came up with “Conspiracy to defraud the government”
to let whiny Hillary know that's how she was cheated out of the presidency.

However, Mueller gave Americans a pathway to defend their interests......
b/c this describes HIS investigation to a tee.

Americans have RICO laws to nail this SOB Swamp prosecutor.....
and should proceed post-haste. Anybody can file a RICO.

You dont need a lawyer to file a RICO. Lots of how-tos on the net.

That’s some job 70-year old Mueller got himself.
Most guys his age are playing bocce with the guys at the retirement home.
He’s pocketing $150,000 tax dollars per week.

Taxpayers need to know:

<><>How much has he collected in perks?

<><> Did he declare all his extra income on his tax returns?

<><> Who signs off on Mueller’s vouchers?

<><> Is anybody on the S/P staff related to him?

<><> Did he create jobs out of thin air for girlfriends, cronies and relatives?

<><> Has anybody checked Mueller’s Information Technology Systems?

<><>Has the IRS —as a top L/E agency—weighed in on this charade yet?
