The whole Country is going to Hell after Obama.
Some of the BIGGEST douchebags on the road because they believe (often correctly) that the police won't bother.
Some of the BIGGEST douchebags “EVERYWHERE”
After 911 too many of them acted like they were on-scene commanders at that tragic event and some were may be 10 years old if that.
There are 2 at the Y I go to. Talk about A-Holes.Unbelivable
Last week here in the SF Bay Area, as I signaled and moved left into the far left lane to pass a slower vehicle the car behind me actually tried to go around me utilizing the area to the left of the line delineating the left edge of the roadway ( into the area between the center divide barricade and the travel lane). When I saw that he could not complete the pass, he fell in behind me so tightly to my rear bumper that all I could see was the top of his car (I was driving an Avalanche). As soon as he could, he went way wide around the car I had just overtaken, came back to where he was in front of me, then a big black hand shot out of his sunroof with the “International Sign of Displeasure.” Then he proceeded to tailgate several cars in front of me for the next few miles. As a general observation the Hispanics here are polite drivers, and they drive slow ( probably because most of them don’t have a valid driver’s license although the state willingly gives them one), but the Black’s are, for the most part, going around with their panties in a wad for everyone. A couple of years ago, I had one level a handgun out the back window of his pickup because I didn’t get out of his way fast enough. There are so many nutballs driving now that I never return the “favor” because it’s a good way to get shot.
True dat.
No worries. A pistol loaded with bullets won’t even fire. Now... cartridges on the other hand....

In Florida I get my truck tailgated every night even if I’m doing the legal limit. Another pickup driver after tailgating me tried to pass me and cut me off when I stopped at a stop sign at a cross-street. The other night a vehicle tailgated me so closely their headlights actually disappeared behind my rear bumper. I thought I was going to get rammed. Then the SOB began shining a high-intensity flashlight beam on me from the drivers seat. A crappy little car. On a 2-lane road. It’s insane down here. Too many vehicles many of the drivers not licensed. You see expired New Jersey license plates on these vehicles. In Florida. It’s going to hell.

Drop the tailgate and, if they come up that close again, *SLAM* on the brakes. Afterwards, tell the cops\coroner, “I thought I saw a deer...”.
Course, then there’s the GA patrol. They *LOVE* getting behind some out-of-towner and playing “squeeze-box” (doesn’t help everyone else is freaking/slowing-down) in much the same fashion: ride your ass, come up along for a bit then drift back behind to do it all again. Attempt to get out of their way, they’ll usually pull ya for ‘swerving’ (or taillight, or...). Gotta make that quota somehow.
Well thank God that he didn’t have it loaded with a 15 round magazine.

You can fire a cartridge. But, without a bullet you have a cartridge that can do no harm. Quit quibbling!
But the point is... you can’t fire a bullet without a cartridge.
