WayneS is correct -- that is a false image. Soros never made that statement in an interview (doesn't mean he doesn't actually do it -- he's too smart to state it openly)
The image says that he made this comment during the course of an interview with the Germany newspaper Bild in September 2014. Yet if you look into the archives of Bild, this was never stated
