Where does it say that in the 2nd amendment ?

Where does it say that a person can be committed to prison for a crime? People argue that once someone has done the time they should be fully restored. I believe the interpretation is if convicted, you owe the time and you have that restriction, unless or until it is restored. The two are separate and distinct parts of the punishment for the crime, and serve to protect the society. I still have the issue with non-violent ‘felons’ having their rights removed once they have done the time for the crime, but I absolutely agree that I don’t want released violent felons to have legal access to guns. (They will find them anyway if they are set upon it)
