And how are those laws working? I’m sure that none of them ever get guns..... right ? You still haven’t explained or shown where in the 2nd amendment it says or has restrictions about owning or the possessions of firearms
You seem to have missed my response completely. Can a prisoner own a gun in prison? No. Where does it say in the second amendment that he can not? After he has served his time, his status as a felon remains and the ‘punishment’ continues, unless revoked. Are you advocating for violent criminals to have guns?
