Pretty much. And Orville Faubus before him. President Eisenhower gave Arkansas Gov Faubus a civics lesson by federalizing the National Guard, sending armed troops to Little Rock and escorting little schoolchildren into the formerly segregated school.

This is the Supremacy Clause in action, and Trump should be prepared to do likewise. He needs to do more though to supervise Sessions and direct him in what to do. Sessions is a piss poor spokesperson for the rule of law.

AG Nicholas Katzenbach got right in Wallace’s face, literally, when Alabama forgot they lost the civil war.. Sessions doesn’t have the balls to get in Brown’s face without a direct order.
