The Never-Jeff crowd is being silly as usual. By 'public' he means, for one, Congress. That's what the federal court case was about. DOJeff has been quietly and not so quietly (CA) pursuing Trump's policy goals. And doing a fan-freaking-tastic job of it!

This scandal is much bigger than even most on the Right realize. It was NOT a botched attempt to fix a gun-running problem. The only thing botched was their attempt to hide the fact that they were creating an impression of a gun-running problem. And a gun problem in general.

Probably the reason part of this was sealed by Obama is because he is guilty too. And Holder, several of the Clinton gang, Janet Nap, the ATF, the US Attorney's office and more.

Plus, as any gun/NRA guy knows, it has already been very well documented for many years. And has all the juicy bits you want in a political scandal: conspiracy, big govt secrecy, whistle blowers and retaliation, top admin lies on national TV pressers, in front of congress, murders of Americans, many, MANY murders of never-had-a-chance-to-dreamers and, of course top level cover-ups. ALL already documented. Who knows what else will be released now. But technically it is not needed to pursue the goals all the blood-thirsty folks here desire. Rightfully.

Forget the criminal aspect for a moment (not for long though), the political aspects of the scandal should push gun control off the table for quite some time. And push Holder, JNap, etc out of any dreams of running. And push Obama into the ash heap of history where he belongs.

Far from being just a deadly embarrassing botch job. This was EXACTLY analogous to what people think happens in some of these school/Vegas/etc shooting. It was the Obama admin trying to take your guns away. I'm going to skip a million details, but...

Obama is elected. The 90% narrative is created (this part EXACTLY analogous to NOAA/IPCC/etc and GW, but off topic and not specifically an Obama scandal). The narrative, briefly, was that 90% of guns killing people in MX were coming from the US. Obama, Holder, Hillary, etc were all selling it in '09. It was a lie, naturally, and govt studies here and there proved so. Not a problem for the narrators. Obama, Holder, a US Att named Burke, and a cast of usual suspects devised/conspired to have the DOJ/ATF 'fix' the narrative.

The fix was to, as we all know now, have the ATF, via normal gun dealers, buy guns via straw men/etc and 'walk' them to MX. The phony aspect was that the said it was to trap gangs/warlords. Funny thing is, they 'forgot' to track the guns as Bush did when he, more honestly, tried the same thing a few years earlier - no deaths there. And Obama forgot to work with MX, as Bush did. Ooops!

At this point some people go too far, unless new docs show otherwise, and suggest the Obama conspiracy really did want Americans to die. I don't (currently) believe that part. They were hoping to have MX come bitching when the predictable hundreds of innocents and others died via these walked weapons (not just guns). The blood sacrifice of many, many in MX DID happen, as planned. But before phase II could get anywhere, there was a problem. Phase II (my designation) was to document the deaths, check the serial numbers and than back-stab and blame the gun dealers which they FORCED to sell guns to shady buyers. Some of those gun dealers are well documented as complaining/warning about this.

But, ooops, some of the guns thought it was too hot in MX or something and they walked back. Guns can commit crimes, so I assume they can walk too. Agent Terry was murdered with them. At least one other American killed and others shot too. So the narrative fell apart and the cover-up began. Well, it actually began before that because there were ATF whistler-blowers (Forcelli,Cefalu,etc) and there was retaliation in violation of the Whistleblower Protection Act. But the cover-up was the only thing they cared about after Terry died.

The original goal was to, first, get ATF's "Demand Letter 3" implemented once the narrative took hold. It was just like what Obama/Hold did to MiamiDade/Broward/other cities in that they were created laws, essentially, which they could not get Congress/pubic to create/support. That D Letter was in regard to multiple purchase of 'long guns' which normal people call rifles.

There are at least 10 Tom Clancy novels in there if you have the time to digest everything ALREADY documented. Ask Sharyl Attkisson (she maintains a great list of links) or Katie Pavlich (wrote a book about, YouTubes, etc) or either Wayne LaPierre or probably anyone you know in the NRA.

If our side would quit the childish attacks on our great AG and concentrate on the enemy for a change, this will come to a head just on time to sweep the '18 elections. It this helps any of the silly Never-Jeffs, he is highly qualified as an AG since, he was an AG before, a former US Attorney, long-time 95% rated conservative Sen from a very conservative state, doing everything policy-wise that Trump wants. AND has an A+ rating from the NRA - for crying out loud, he is on OUR side, not the swamp and he is not after our guns.

He might seem slow on the docs but there are legal reasons for that which any reasonable person should understand. And Session is the most by-the-book guy you can find. All three branches of govt were involved in the case, it was not a matter of him alone pulling a rabbit out of his hat. Sheesh!

The man is on fire policy-wise. Which I believe is Trump's plan. I can only assume the knives in Jeff's back are rubber and The Don is just pulling one of his 4d naked jedi judo chess moves or whatever. And that the Never-Jeffs are the analogous to useful idiots, though I'd qualify them as useful ignorants. I don't judge them stupid, just overly impatient.

I don't KNOW that to be Trump's plan. But it certainly would make sense. Set the never-sleeps AG on a floor-it-out-of-the-gates policy mission, which I've documented multiple times is the highly successful and true case for those with eyes to see. THEN start the political exposure phase and eventually crushing of the political enemies. These political folks, unlike MS-13, aren't going anywhere in the meantime. Neither are the facts/docs. No real danger of escape. And high profile escapes to foreign lands probably would only help our political case.

Besides, if you think DOJeff is somehow lazy on this, then what the hell must you think of Trump. For one he's the boss of him. But, more importantly, he's the guy with the megaphone. And the prize we should be keeping our eyes on is political, though that does not mean going light legally.

This case, as mentioned, involves EVERY aspect of political and criminal evil behavior. And is well documented. And goes straight to the top: Obama. That worthless punk even tried to blame Bush for this, of course. And claim Hold fixed the Bush mistake. That was as dishonest, both legally and politically, as you can get.

Bush has a bad idea that did not work but did not kill anybody. Whereas Obama had an evil idea TO kill lots of people, potential dreamers some of them. I almost suspect that is why Trump, who is on the wrong side of DACA, is dragging that out - after some FF exposure he will have a better excuse fore allowing them to stay. Future Prez tweet: "Not safe to send them back to face the illegal Guns of Obama."

As I say there is enough documentation/testimony/emails/etc already out there for The Tweetster to convict them politically and enough to start criminal cases too, for which we have plenty of time. I'd say 2018 thru 2020 should be a good time for that.

I Don't recall if Obama wagged his finger and stared into the camera like Slick Willy while doing it, but... Obama flat out lied in a big presser too and it could be the thing you see replayed a thousand times someday: "My Attorney General has made clear that he wouldn’t have ordered gun running into Mexico.… That would not be an appropriate step by the ATF"

I half expect to find out Holder wears a blue dress.

If you care to look into it more, don't forget the Burke, JNap connection. She was AG of AZ, where most of this occurred. He was part of the Clinton crowd who grabbed our guns with the famous 'assault weapons' ban. And followed JNap to DHS. Rahm E too is in the mix, including on Holders advisory board on gun traffic BS.

I believe fear of new/additional/first time(for some) exposure of the cover-ups, yes plural, are what the Left is worried about most. That is just how politics work. The crime can be horrible, but the cover-up brings you down.

If Trump is half as smart as we all hope, then the analogies are ripe for the political picking. The Broward school shooting happened ALSO because of Obama/Holder mischief and a false narrative. GW is only a thing because of a similar, though less bloody, false and generated narrative full of cover-ups. And, of course, RUSSIA!

If he plays this right, the whole house of cards will fall! But it is not something you accomplish by arresting everybody in reach before the public is on your side.
