Adult film star Stormy Daniels sued Donald Trump Tuesday, alleging that he never signed the nondisclosure agreement that his lawyer had arranged with her.
The civil suit, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court and obtained by NBC News, alleges that her agreement not to disclose her "intimate" relationship with Trump is not valid because while both Daniels and Trump's attorney Michael Cohen signed it, Trump never did.

"...that she wouldnt disclose her affair with DD..."
Who's "DD"?
Donald Duck
” My worry has always been how social conservatives would react to scandalous revelations during the general election in 2016.”
The alleged fictitious name they used in the document for President Trump.
'The bank used by President Donald Trumps personal lawyer to wire $130,000 to a former adult-film actress flagged the transaction as suspicious and reported it to the Treasury Department, according to a person familiar with the matter.
The lawyer, Michael Cohen, wired the money to a lawyer for former actress Stephanie Clifford, known professionally as Stormy Daniels, from an account at First Republic Bank . The money was received on Oct. 27, 2016, 12 days before the presidential election, another person familiar with the matter said. It isnt clear when First Republic reported it to the government as suspicious.
Mr. Cohen said he missed two deadlines earlier that month to make the $130,000 payment to Ms. Clifford because he couldnt reach Mr. Trump in the hectic final days of the presidential campaign, the person said.'
I am a social conservative. Trump was said to have become a Christian about 10 years ago. I believe in redemption. Even if he did something after that point, I still believe in redemption. If he is repentant, I don’t care about it. If he isn’t, then as a person I think less of him but he is still my President.
Does she get another 15 mins. now?
Bingo.
It’s a binding contract, exactly as you said. It does not have to be written, and if written, it does not have to be signed by either party.
In fact, Cohen, the attorney, ay not have even revealed the arrangement to Trump. The contract may be between Cohen and Daniels, just as binding.
When one party accepts the money and makes consideration, that is performance and proof of a contract.
Now, here’s a question, did she declare and pay taxes on the money?
She is a whore like the members of the corrupt media.
Oh brother. More unnamed sources. Also, I thought anything over $10,000 was reported after 911.
Shut up whore
Go away
Powerful leftists are trying to destroy his marriage as a way of wrecking his Presidency.
Lowering white women support that got him elected.
As ugly as it gets.
Is she related to Jack Daniels?
Well, I guess if the agreement is void, she owes the attorney $130,000.
Dont Clintons have billions in the foundation to offer as a payment for her troubles?
They sued Bill Clinton because he defamed Paula Jones in the press. As far as I can tell, Trump has neither confirmed or denied he even knows this hooker. What would she be suing for? Notoriety?
In Stormy’s case, she’s 38 years old and now past her prime. It’s kinda like baseball....once you hit 35, you are finished for the most part in the industry. And like most of the women in the career...there’s probably not a lot of wise investment advice. My guess is that within a decade, she’ll be a bartender somewhere with great stories to tell.
Paula Jones didn't work for Clinton.
So, assuming these rumors are true, NBC knew all about Trump's "sexual exploits" and didn't do a damn thing to stop it.
