Paula Corbin Jones (born Paula Rosalee Corbin; September 17, 1966) is a former
Arkansas state employee who sued U.S. President Bill Clinton for sexual harassment. The Paula Jones case precipitated Clinton's impeachment in the House of Representatives
Clinton was governor of Arkansas when he harassed Jones, an employee of the State of Arkansas.

She was a state employee. Their’s was a professional working relationship.
She was escorted to the hotel room by agents of the state.
It was workplace sexual harassment (dropping trou and ordering her to “kiss it” is at least on par with Harvey Weinstein masturbating in a restaurant hallway or asking a woman to watch him shower).
